About
Karen Roles-Ndibe
I’m endlessly curious about people: what matters to us, what gets in our way, and why we can each look at the same situation and see completely different things.
I ask the question behind the question and notice what hasn't been said. I hunt the signal in the noise: from software engineering, through design to organisational transformation.
Along the way, I've learned that the most interesting problems are rarely just technical or commercial. They're human. They involve competing hopes, hidden assumptions, messy histories and people doing their best inside systems that don't always help them.
What drives me
I’m drawn to challenges that ask something of us: the courage to begin without knowing every answer, the humility to let new evidence change our minds and the endurance to stay with what matters.
I look for work with consequence. Work that makes life better, fairer or more sustainable. Work that never loses sight of the humans in the loop.
