Senior UX Designer Designed and prototyped the next generation of Sky's assisted-sales and customer-service platform, creating a modular interaction model and reusable component library for desktop and iPad.

Senior Information Architect Improved key journeys within Sky's existing assisted-sales and customer-management platform, leading to a return engagement for its larger redesign.

O2 / Telefonica UK

Senior Information Architect, Telefonica UK Led UX for the responsive redesign of My O2, extending a coherent account-management experience across mobile web and native applications.

Software Architect Worked in R&D and innovation at the boundary between hardware and software, helping define systems-management strategy for Sun's first blade-server platform and contributing to patented and industry-standard approaches to resilient, remotely managed computing.
